Account Data: We collect business name, email, credentials, and billing information to provide the Services.
Customer Audio Data: Our platform processes field sales voice notes specifically to generate CRM structures. Voice audio and their transcripts are securely processed and are never used to blindly train public LLMs. Your data remains completely isolated and encrypted.
CRM Identifiers: We temporarily process metrics derived from integrated CRM platforms strictly to deliver gamified scoring back to your dashboards. We do not sell or harbor legacy relational frameworks outside your service context.
We use the data we collect solely to:
Voice notes, analytical transcripts, and associated PII are guarded with enterprise-grade AES encryption both in transit and at rest. Given the critical nature of executing field sales operations, we host infrastructures strictly isolated from global LLM pooling mechanisms.
We do not sell your personal or corporate data. We may share information exclusively with critical infrastructure vendors (e.g., AWS, OpenAI API, Supabase) bound by intense B2B confidentiality agreements preventing any external data harvesting.
You may request modification, deletion, or exportation of your structural audio data and transcripts at any time by contacting your designated Account Manager or our general support vector.
