These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CLOZR's platform, applications, and APIs (the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound strictly by these Terms.
CLOZR provides an automated intelligence pipeline analyzing B2B sales execution via audio telemetry. We reserve the absolute right to modify, restrict, or suspend the Services at any given time without prior notice as we adapt scaling architecture.
You agree to deploy the Services strictly in environments governing enterprise business-to-business communications. You may not:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOZR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OVER THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.
While we leverage immense computational intelligence frameworks, audio distortion, heavy accents, and environmental noise may yield AI hallucinations. You acknowledge that "Coaching Analytics" are algorithmic approximations and not guaranteed directives. CLOZR is not accountable for rogue financial advice or sales actions executed based on arbitrary AI metrics.
Access requires valid subscription billing contexts. Missed payments granting automated lockouts will not instigate liability for structural CRM delays. You may cancel at any time, but historical ledger refunds are inherently voided after usage cycles.
These Terms shall be governed strictly by local law without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in recognized commercial courts.
